Not quite in love with what you chose? Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Make an exchange request to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of purchasing your bag (or, for online orders, within 48 hours of receiving your bag). Customers are liable for shipping costs both ways on exchange or return unless the return is due to a workmanship issue.
Sale, custom, or made to order items may not be exchanged or returned. All sales are final for these items.

We work our hardest to deliver a quality product and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our bags! We will repair any manufacturing defects found within two months of the purchase date when a receipt is provided. Repairs take 3-4 weeks for us to complete. In the event a bag can not be fixed we will replace it with an item of equal value. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your dated receipt as well as a description and photos of the issue.
