Return/Exchange Policy
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Make an exchange request to us at info@unshattered.org within 48 hours of purchasing your bag (or, for online orders, within 48 hours of receiving your bag). Customers are liable for shipping costs both ways on exchange or return unless the return is due to a workmanship issue.
Sale, custom, or made to order items may not be exchanged or returned. All sales are final for these items.No exchanges or returns after 30 days.
