Ways to Donate
We’re a product company, but our work is about more than making amazing handbags. Our true focus is to provide the resources and community in which women in recovery can thrive.
Donate in memoriam or honor of someone special
Make a donation in support of someone you know currently experiencing addiction, in memoriam of someone you’ve lost to carry on their memory, or in recognition of a loved one’s special achievement.
Donations big and small do more than you know. By setting up monthly donations you’re ensuring that we can keep doing what we’re doing in support of women in recovery.

The addiction relapse cycle is real and deadly.
Even with the desire and determination to remain sober, the relapse rates are devastating. For opioid users, they are estimated as high as 91%*. The lack of access to non-destructive support systems is at the heart of why so many people relapse. Without the proper support system and community, we leave those exiting their recovery programs at higher risk than if we would have let them continue in their addiction.
You can’t go back to where it started.
Job readiness typically isn’t the main issue for women in recovery. Instead, it’s their inability to move out of the communities where their addiction began. Without income for an apartment or transportation, many women leave their recovery programs only to end up right back where they started, or worse.
But Unshattered is proving that this doesn’t have to be the case.
For 5 years running, every woman on the Unshattered team has chosen to continue her sobriety. One hundred percent of our team has been able to move out of transitional housing and into independent living within 12 months of employment. The women of Unshattered are pursuing more than a paycheck. Unshattered is a community of like-minded women, committed to sobriety, expressing our purpose through our work, and committed to continuous growth.
When women have community, purpose, and financial stability they can withstand an extreme amount of external pressure.
We need your help.
With every donation, you're giving women the tools to overcome devastating circumstances such as addiction, incarceration, homelessness, trafficking and more. Your investment provides pathways to sobriety for our team members and the ones coming behind them.
Only 1.6% of philanthropic giving goes to organizations dedicated to serving women and children**.
Your investment has a tremendous social return.
As we work to end the addiction relapse cycle, we’re changing women’s lives for the long-term so that they can change lives in their families, communities and more. We can estimate that each woman we employ has a positive economic impact on their community of approximately $150,000 per year.
Our work has been awarded by the President of the United States alongside Google, Facebook, Amazon, Red Cross, Walgreens and more for our creative and effective work in addressing the opioid crisis.***
“I’ve seen many dollars wasted on recovery and prevention programs at the federal level. You all are doing it right and making a difference.” Kyle McGowan Former CDC Chief of Staff and Founding Partner Ascendant Strategic Partners
