Christy brings operational expertise and deep knowledge of organizational excellence. With a wealth of nonprofit executive leadership, she guides the organization through the stages of growth, helping maximize staff potential and building the operational excellence needed to successfully scale. Her depth of experience in nonprofit leadership - both as an employee and by serving on multiple boards - is reflected in her passion for serving women with unrealized potential.
John Witkowski - Treasurer

John brings excellent operational knowledge, he has led every aspect of the business including Human Resources, Commercial, Operations, R&D, Finance and more. His business experience and network of individuals with like-minded passion for serving those on the other side of recovery is valuable in shaping the future growth and strategy of Unshattered. John places high value on relationships and is a creator of systems that are people-first.

Vince listens for the deep intent behind strategic direction and translates our vision into meaningful, effective actions to support the women of Unshattered.
