Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Make an exchange request to us at info@unshattered.org within 48 hours of purchasing your bag (or, for online orders, within 48 hours of receiving your bag). Customers are liable for shipping costs both ways on exchange or return unless the return is due to a workmanship issue.

This bag is made from upcycled leather from Southwest Airlines seat covers which have been cleaned and refurbished prior to being handcrafted into this gorgeous sustainable duffel bag. Just like us, this material may have some flaws and imperfections but rest assured, that is part of its beauty. Due to the upcycled nature of this leather, the color may vary slightly.

Kaylene
Abuse and dysfunction early in life lead Kaylene to tread the waters of anxiety, rejection, and, eventually, an addiction to alcohol! But, with the love and support of family and community, she's learning that you are never too old to learn a new thing or to make a difference in a life!
Jillian
