Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Make an exchange request to us at info@unshattered.org within 48 hours of purchasing your bag (or, for online orders, within 48 hours of receiving your bag). Customers are liable for shipping costs both ways on exchange or return unless the return is due to a workmanship issue.

There's a front pocket (recognize that seatback pocket?) plus a rear strap that slips over the handle over your luggage to help keep you organized, too!
This bag is made from upcycled leather from Southwest Airlines seat covers which have been cleaned and refurbished prior to being handcrafted into this gorgeous sustainable travel tote. Just like us, this material may have some flaws and imperfections but rest assured, that is part of its beauty. Due to the upcycled nature of this leather, the color may vary slightly.

Kaylene
Abuse and dysfunction early in life lead Kaylene to tread the waters of anxiety, rejection, and, eventually, an addiction to alcohol! But, with the love and support of family and community, she's learning that you are never too old to learn a new thing or to make a difference in a life!
Jillian
Feelings of intense anger after the loss of her unborn child compounded by harassment, Jillian turned to alcohol to cope. But then, she chose to enter a long term recovery program and begin the journey of healing and forgiveness. Now she is a joy-filled person who is restoring her relationship with her son!
